Evangelism at All Saints Church

Sharing the good news of Christ's resurrection means reaching out to the community. We do that in many ways.

The Loaves and Fishes feeding ministry is hosted at All Saints' on the second, fourth and fifth (when there is one) Saturdays of the month. The Habitat for Humanity board meets here monthly and many parishioners are active in working for Habitat. All Saints' and the Diocese of Southern Ohio have been major supporters of the local homeless shelter for many years. Our parish health ministry conducts health screenings and various other health awareness projects.

Every year, just before school starts, All Saints' parishioners buy backpacks and fill them with school supplies for distribution to students in the Portsmouth city schools who are in need. We participate in Operation Christmas Tree every year.

In addition, many individual parishioners have personal ministries of prayer and visitation.
